The situation in 2026 is going to be even worse because of the enforcement that will be especially strict with new CLP labelling and strengthened RoHS limits in China. Therefore, manufacturers will be forced to reconsider their supplier mapping, testing protocols and their documentation quality practices.
The year 2026 will require better digital traceability and stronger supply chain coordination ranging from early XRF testing to proactive monitoring of SVHC.
