The European Union has released its new RoHS regulations which require manufacturers to provide their customers with information about lead content in recovered PVC materials that contain lead. The Directive (EU) 2024/232 requires organizations to develop labelling systems which need documentation methods and traceability systems before the technical implementation date of May 28 2026.
The labelling update brings new consequences for CEOs CFOs and regulatory leaders which extend beyond its basic requirements.
